Dr Jones is kind, courteous; explained everything in detail and really helped put me at ease. He took extra time out of his schedule to ensure all my questions had been answered. Right from the start, Mr Chilcott filled me with confidence in deciding on an elective c section for the birth of my first child (who was breech). He provided his honest opinion when I requested it and took time to answer all my questions. The c section itself was incredibly smooth and I felt extremely looked after and in safe hands. The healing process has so far gone very well and I could not have been happier with the care I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Chilcott and if we ever have number 2, I would go straight back to him!
