Always had a good experience there

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

I can’t highly recommend London Gynaecology enough. I was extremely well looked after and felt at ease thanks to the high professionalism of the staff. Everything was explained clearly to me which gave me comfort, along with the friendliness of the staff. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Lovely clinics, very clean and pleasant! Doesn't feel like you're in a hospital which made me very calm
