Mr Lamb explained things very well, took the time for all my questions and had a very reassuring bedside manner. He helped organise a follow up scan I needed at the appointment and was clear about my ongoing care and what the next steps should be.

Mr Acher was very thoughtful and friendly and explained everything about my condition to my wife and I. He was very supportive from start to finish and treated us with respect and alleviated any fears and concerns we had. He came to see my wife and daughter late into the evening to tell them that all went as expected and that I was in recovery.

Mr Gray is clearly very experienced, yet his manner exudes confidence and puts one at ease. He is very approachable and is happy to answer questions and offer reassurance when needed.
