From my first consultation, right through to my review after the operation Mr Shah was brilliant. He was a professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease right away. My hip operation was very successful, Mr Shah did a very good job on me and after committing myself to my physio, I was very quickly mobile and pain free. All staff at Spire were amazing. I am very grateful for the care I received.

So good I went back to get the other hip done! What a great surgeon and great team around him. I could not have asked for a better experience in any other way. From the moment I met Hugh I felt completely comfortable that I had found the right surgeon to replace my right hip. The whole operation was seamless, the after care superb and the outcome fantastic. A minor scar, barely any pain straight after surgery and up and about getting my life back straight away. After this I just knew that I had to get the other hip done, which he did 4 months later, and just as good an experience in every way. How remarkable, thank you Hugh and team!

Right from my initial consultation,I felt completely at ease with Mr Davidson. He has a calm,clear and concise manner,and is evidently an expert in his field. The explanations as to how things were to proceed were exactly what was needed as a patient. His work was fantastic,and has made a huge difference to my standard of living,the pain is gone..... it's fabulous.

Had a full right hip replacement at age 50 in January 2024 after being diagnosed with AVN of the femoral head a couple years prior. Was told to get on with my life in 2021 and come back when it was bad enough and so I tried to push off as wasn’t keen to go through the hassle or pain . 4 months post op I am very happy with the results and have only positive things to say about Professor Field, his anaesthetist Dr Hussein and Zoe who runs the office super efficiently . Can honestly say pain post op wasn’t bad and didn’t need pain killers within a few days after the op . Was up on crutches same day as the op. Did feel tired and a bit under the weather at times first 3-4 weeks but could do everything bar put a sock on ! Professor Field never rushed me in appointments and always tried to explain everything in details , I would definitely recommend him and his team .

Upon meeting Mr. Jaiswal I immediately felt comfortable with the professional explanation of my injury. He thoroughly educated me on my options and took the time to discuss his recommendations to return to sports after rupturing my ACL, and also tearing my MCL and LCL. I am 6 weeks post reconstructive surgery and can whole heartedly recommend Mr. Jaiswal. All stages of a very daunting process were handled with patience and the upmost professionalism. Mr Henry Atkinson is a very approachable, professional and extremely competent surgeon. Eight weeks ago, he replaced my 73-year-old arthritic right hip. From my first meeting with him to the last, his friendly, communicative demeaner, and willingness to answer fully all my numerous questions about the procedure, put me at ease and gave me great confidence in his professional abilities and experience. This view was well founded as the operation was a great success and my recovery amazingly speedy. Marks? Definitely an 11 out of 10!
