I had surgery with Dr. Kyriakides for a small pro gastric hernia repair. The Dr. Has been extremely professional and reassuring on each visit and before the treatment. The surgery has been excellent and the scar is not even visible such the good job he has done.

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. Very friendly and professional, respectful of my gender identity. Took time to explain what needed to be done during the appointment and talked me through results afterwards.

He was able to explain to me just before the surgery what the procedure will entail and how many cuts will be made. He also explained I’ll have some side effects which is quite normal. He has met with me twice following the surgery and took very great care of me. I have had a great experience considering I was so scared that I’ll no longer be living with a gall bladder. I have no side effects and my body has adjusted so well.
