From the initial telephone call after which I felt persuaded to get on with the procedure through to the post op chat, I felt I was being treated with the utmost care and skill. The nurses were all very warm, friendly and attentive, my room luxurious, quiet and what a great view. I found Dr Griguer to be very approachable and empathetic as well as professional. She listened carefully, ensuring she answered all my questions (even though some might have been silly). She explained, in non-medical terms, all the tests that would be done and was as thorough and clear in explaining the results, which came through very quickly.
