Mr Mohammadi has been a truly amazing surgeon. He has a dedicated approach to treatment and carries out each stage of care directly. His skill is world class and he performs some of the most challenging gastrointestinal surgeries with excellent outcomes. Mr Mohammadi also explains what options are available in an easy-to-understand manner but can explain in detail when asked. Indeed, I had many concerns about my oesophagectomy and his dedication saw me through.

Dr Philipose was thorough in explaining my tests result and diagnosis. Dr Philipose also encouraged me to ask questions about my case. Dr Philipose performed the gastroscopy with excellent skill, and reassured me during the whole process. I greatly appreciated the experience.

He operated on me for 11 hours - a complete oesophagectomy and a month later I was able to eat and sleep almost as normal. I could not ask for more. When I meet Mr Kumar I was very worried about the symptoms could indicate cancer. He arranged a first appointment within 36 hours. Seeing him was a huge relief, he confirmed the risk of cancer to be very low and quickly arranged for me to have all tests completed. Through out the process he kept checking in with me. Dr Kandiah kept me informed of what was to be expected in the procedure. The preparation for the procedure instructions were clear and therefore easy to follow. During the procedure, there was a point when he could not continue and he informed me of the reason and immediately sent me to a scan (on the same day). All of which was efficiently and sympathetically done. The follow up appointment was just as informative. He answered all of my questions and provided me with the reassurances I needed. I would highly recommend Dr Kandiah as he is extremely professional with an amazing bed side manner.
