Mr Hannan has a really reassuring manner which creates confidence and when having a consultation it is immediately obvious that he knows what he is talking about. I had a minor condition but was worried that it might be something more serious. Mr Hannan very quickly dealt with this and then we were able to concentrate on his advice as to what to do about what was actually wrong with me.

After an awful experience losing my hearing in my left ear due to a previous failed surgery, and a battle with the NHS to get a cochlear implant, I eventually contacted Joe. This wasn’t easy due to being scared to have any more ear surgery. Joe has understood this and given me all of his attention throughout the process. We didn’t rush in. His care has been amazing. Not just prior to surgery, but also post surgery - keeping in touch. Other surgeons should take a leaf out of his book. I can’t recommend him enough. The day of the surgery he did his best to make me calm. And gave me all the attention I needed. It’s early days on the CI journey and I’ve had some balance issues and need to adjust to the new digital hearing. But I cant recommend him enough.

We have had a great experience meeting Dr Jonas. His warmth and professionalism instantly put me at ease during our first appointment and I decided to not look and research doctors/hospitals elsewhere. He listened attentively, addressed all my concerns, and explained everything in a clear and understandable manner. I knew I was in excellent hands.
