Cromwell Hospital is generally always a good experience.

Staff were all very friendly. Location was easy to get to. Parking spaces available. Queue was very long upon arrival but the team worked excellently to reduce it quickly! Very efficient.

I had my first appointment with dietician Pooja Dhir who immediately put me at ease when we first spoke. It was a video consultation however Pooja was calm, reassuring, gentle in her probing and engaged. I felt heard. Her follow up notes were comprehensive. It was a particularly stressful time for me and my family and she was truly a light in the dark. We had two follow up appointments and each time she was knowledgeable and friendly - I felt I had made a friend by the time our third session concluded! I cannot thank her enough.
