Good overall

Nice place, very clean with friendly staff who look after you.

It was excellent, no problems at all. Even nice food. Staff have enough time to make you feel looked after, equipment modern and accomodation feels like a premier inn. I just wish the NHS could be more like this.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

I was apprehensive initially, but everyone was so helpful, supportive and informative I was reassured and comforted. The experience of this surgery was not at all as I had feared, and now I have no pain at all in the hip. Excellent work.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

All staff were friendly, helpful and happy to help. Clean environment and comfortable waiting room and patient rooms.

I arrived early, but it is a comfortable place to wait, with wifi and a convenient cafe. When it was time for my appointment I was checked in efficiently and draw the doctor on time.

Very modern , clean , helpful staff . Promptly seen can’t fault anything .
