I recently underwent surgery for an island flap reconstruction around a lesion site on my lower left leg, as well as a sentinel lymph node biopsy in my left groin. I am pleased to share my experience and provide a review of the procedure. My experience with the island flap reconstruction and sentinel lymph node biopsy was positive, and I am grateful for the expertise of Mr Damir Kosutic and the surgical team, my recovery is going very well. Mr Kosutic is a detailed surgeon and explains everything in an easy to digest manner, putting you at ease straight away. I am happy with my overall experience.

Mr Fitzgerald O'Connor, is such an amazing surgeon. He is so nice and explains everything to you so you understand it. He give you a full brake down of everything and tells you all the risks. He let's you go away and think about what he said so you have time to take it in and digest the information. I am neurodiverse so this is a great help to me, you make the decision. You can ask as many questions as you like and he sees you as well when you have problems or issues and sloves them. I am so happy with the results of my surgery.

My experience from start to finish was as I had hoped. At the diagnosis I was given a full explanation and options for treatment. Having chose the surgery I felt fully included from the time I arrived at the hospital and the care I received from all included was excellent. The aftercare was equidistant thorough professional quality all the way through to my discharge.

He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I’d like to thank you all for such a positive experience.

From start to finish, my experience with Mr Pieri and his team has been excellent. I knew from our first phone consultation that he was the right surgeon for me; he was realistic while remaining compassionate and clearly an incredibly talented surgeon. Breast augmentation is something I’d been thinking about for over a decade, but at no point did I feel rushed into making my final decision. I had a number of questions about the whole process and we were able to come to a decision together about what was best for me. Mr Pieri’s approach to surgery is tailor-made, rather than the conveyor-belt experience that’s more commonly delivered by larger companies. Following my consultation, I didn’t feel the need to shop around for different surgeons. I wanted a really natural aesthetic in keeping with my frame and Mr Pieri has delivered this perfectly. I’m only a fortnight post-op and can’t begin to express the change my augmentation has had on my mindset and self-confidence. I truly cannot thank Mr Pieri enough.

The experience I had with Dr Chakravorty was outstanding, he was really good with explaining exactly what was going to happen and answered all of my questions in an easy to understand way. I want to say how happy I am with the results of my breast reduction, which was performed by Mr Ghali and his Team in early April of this year. I knew from my initial consultation with Mr Ghali that I had found the perfect surgeon to perform this procedure. He immediately put my mind at ease, by firstly confirming that I did need this reduction, because this had been something I had been considering for years. Then I really appreciated how he included my family in the discussions and allowed for them to ask any questions, and no question was a 'silly question'. I also appreciated Mr Ghali offering to see me as many times as possible if I need additional reassurance or further questions to be answered. And I would always get quick responses from his PA, Emma. The attention to detail on the day of the surgery made me feel even more relaxed and confident in Mr Ghali's ability to do what I had asked for and he had promised to deliver. The aftercare from the staff over the time in hospital was so good. Mr Ghali came the next day to do a follow-up prior to discharging me and I knew I was going home with a smile on my face. I must say the pain levels for me were quite minimal, so that added to my happiness. My follow-up appointment a week later was again very reassuring again allowing for all questions to be answered, I would highly recommend Mr Ghali to anyone who is considering this type of surgery, and can definitely say you will not regret making that decision.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.
