Mr Behrad Elmiyeh has been fantastic in dealing with my daughter’s recurring outer ear infection. He has given lots of useful advice on how to keep it from coming back and he was very thorough in his investigation. Mr Elmiyeh explained everything so well, he made it easy to understand. Mr Haq is both charming and caring. Following a prior consultation, Mr Haq took the trouble to call me to explain the procedure and associated risks. A courtesy letter to my GP was also sent. What was impressive in the consultation was the time and care in simple language taking me through the "problem" and the solution, and the potential (even if minimal) risks; and in checking that I really did understand what would be involved in the procedure. I therefore left confident in proceeding; and his follow up letter for my GP and insurers set out in detail the full extent of our discussion.
