I had a good experience at the Lindo Ward, but I feel that in terms of nursing, there should be more staff as sometimes the nurses were very busy. Also, the bathrooms could be cleaned more and rubbish removed from the bins etc. Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. Disposable bed pans should also not be used more than once.

The WMS team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process.
