Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!

The clinical staff were excellent and friendly. However the female staff at the front desk is hostile, unhelpful and dismissive which made the arrival quite unpleasant.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.

The reception from Andre and Shabana set the tone and calmed us in a stressful situation
