I find Dr Pericleous to be friendly and kind when first meeting, and then very good at explaining what is going on medically so that I can make sensible choices about my treatment and care when needed.

Mr Dixit successfully performed the required operation. He showed great skill in cholecystectomy and knowledge in related issues. Both pre and post-op care was also excellent. Mr Dixit ensured that all information was clearly explained and fully understood at each stage.

Very happy with the care provided by Professor Frampton. He clearly explained all the pros and cons of the surgery prior, he carried out the surgery successfully, and followed up several times to ensure all was well. Communication was easy and fast via his helpful secretary.

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Mr Athanasiou put me at ease on my first meeting, and the process from then until after surgery was carried out efficiently and pleasantly. It's clear that Mr Athanasiou enjoys his role, and he executes it professionally resulting in, in my case, a perfect medical outcome and an enjoyable experience.
