Genesiscare has an exceptional team from the moment you step into the room, feeling scared and uncertain. Lore, Ciara, Melissa, and the newest team member, Chanel (hopefully spelled correctly), immediately put you at ease with their warm and welcoming presence. They are truly a wonderful team. The clinical team, including Mimi, Assia, Shelley, Chelsea, Josiah, and Elma, are also the best of the best. They provide unwavering care for each patient under their watch, never faltering in their dedication. With the patience of saints, they are another wonderful team who truly represent the backbone and spirit of Genesiscare. If I have any recommendation at all, it would be the lavatory inside Genesis Care, should be designated for use by the clinical and admin staff and patients only, and not be accessible to engineers or builders in high visibility clothing. I had an unpleasant experience with the cleanliness level after I followed them in following my radiation treatment. Thank you team for caring

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

What an amazing place full of brilliant, talented, kind and caring people .Maggie on reception was a ray of sunshine every day and the radiotherapy team made what could have been scary - a breeze for me as they allowed me to ask every question imaginable and showed me how the machine and monitors work which totally reassured and calmed me. The exercise medicine programme is absolutely fabulous - it helped me enormously and I loved every session with Samira and Sarah, both of whom are wonderfully patient, kind and knowledgeable. The wonderful thing about Genesis is the holistic focus on the individual - from start to finish a tailor made programme of radiotherapy treatment alongside holistic treatments and a 12 week exercise medicine gym based exercise. I never thought I'd ever say I would love visiting a "hospital" for radiotherapy but I did - the treatment was short and expertly executed and only a small part of the overall experience which was a beautifully holistic , positive , healing, supportive one. Very friendly and helpful experienced staff. Environment is clean and stimulating the healing process.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.
