Simon was extremely personable, attentive and empathetic to our situation after hearing about our experience in having to take our baby to A&E. He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and never rushed his consultations. He also, as promised, was there the day after my operation for my discharge. The operation was a success and my recovery was excellent. Also my post op appointment was arranged in a timely matter and the results explained to me in detail.
