Dr Ray came recommended from another mum and after seeing 3 different GP’s that kept telling me to not worry when I knew my 5 year old needed some help, I knew it was time to take things further. I felt seen and heard by Dr Ray. She has a very friendly approach both with the parents as well as children, is a great listener, clearly great at what she does and it was a lovely experience from beginning to end. I will not go elsewhere from now on when it comes to my son.

Very impressed. Spent time going through my history of UTIs and offering advice on what could be the cause and outlining next steps. Prescribed further medication which I had not been advised about before.

Mr Acher was very thoughtful and friendly and explained everything about my condition to my wife and I. He was very supportive from start to finish and treated us with respect and alleviated any fears and concerns we had. He came to see my wife and daughter late into the evening to tell them that all went as expected and that I was in recovery.

Overall experience was excellent - I would however like a little more by way of explanation of my symptoms
