Always had a good experience there

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Very good care

The practice is accommodating the requests and they also do their best to meet the needs of the patient. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, good environment, effective arrangement. But it took quite a long time getting confirmation emails, it took me 1 and 2 days to get both email necessary to settle the registration and appointment.

They were punctual in booking the appointment and with all the documentation. I will use their services again if necessary.
