Always had a good experience there

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Every person I spoke to was very helpful and welcoming. The 'human touch' is something that is very apparent when visiting this hospital.

Very pleasant experience all around.

The practice is accommodating the requests and they also do their best to meet the needs of the patient. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.
