The operation on my left wrist had to be delayed by a few hours because a previous patient had overrun but the hospital ensured that this was not much of an inconvenience to me. Nursing and care and all staff of a very high standard.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction to where I was going. After being seated I was offered a coffee which was really nice

Beautiful facilities but to have to wait over an hour for a private appointment was extremely frustrating and made us miss our next appointment and subsequent train. We should have at least received a text to advise us that the wait was going to be so long and we could have made arrangements so as we didn't miss our other appointment.

Friendly service from all that I came into contact with.definately recommend

Overall, the experience of Woodthorpe hospital was fine however I found it concerning that my online medical questionnaire could not be located considering I only completed it one month ago
