Very professional and made to feel at ease

We had a great experience at Lister Clinic. The team of nurses were especially kind and lovely. They were very approachable and responded in a very timely manner. The only criticism I would have is the waiting times can be a bit excessive.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Everyone at CRGH from reception to the sonographers are incredibly kind and more importantly, thorough. I am very glad I chose this clinic.

We felt superbly looked after by the Evewell from our first consultation. All the members of staff we encountered on our treatment journey could not have been friendlier and more helpful, from the administrative team, reception, and nurses, to the embryologists and consultants. Communication was consistently empathetic and efficient, and we felt we were treated as individuals, rather than just another name on a list, and people continually went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. We would not hesitate to recommend the clinic.

Really good initial experience. Reception staff and consultant were really good and informative

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.
