Dr Blackburn is a very knowledgeable and experienced plastic surgeon. From day one he explained all procedures very clearly in a simple language and made sure I understood everything. He made himself available so I could contact him directly whenever I had any questions or worries and always responded promptly. He is kind and sympathetic. Very perfectionist and professional. I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation, I recently had a bilateral breast reduction and my treatment from consultation to discharge was fantastic. Marcus has a knack of making you feel like you're his only patient and I felt in very safe hands. I had one small issue which was dealt with immediately. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience.

I have seen Mr. Siva Kumar 4 times with a specific issue. Each time he put me at ease, listened to concerns and responded with care and understanding. He could not have been kinder or more reassuring and talked through options and what they could mean. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon who also has the most pleasant manner.

I supposedly have an appointment this coming Friday. I have had no confirmation and am unable to get a reply from the telephone number on which the appointment was made. I have phoned several times. Not impressed!
