Some confusion when phoning the hospital - different departments seemed not to liaise with each other .

-The yorkshire clinic always has friendly welcoming staff at the reception who make you feel at ease instantly. -highly professional - communication is clear at all times - have a pleasant interaction with all staff, nurses & consultants

My experience of the Wilmslow Hospital before, during and after my ear surgery has been excellent. The information I received about my pre-operative assessment and what to expect on the day of surgery was extremely useful and helped me to feel at ease. On the day of my operation, everything ran smoothly and efficiently. All the people involved in my care were friendly and attentive and they couldn't have done more to ensure I was well looked after. The facilities and cleanliness were exceptional and I was made to feel very comfortable during the time I was there. I would definitely recommend this hospital to others.

The whole experience was stress free. Good communications, prompt appoitments, very competent and friendly admin & medical staff. Outpatient facilities are very good and the In patient room accommadtion was excellent.

The staff from the bottom up were very caring and helpful from start to finish

Manchester Spire was excellent. Everyone we came across during my son’s treatment was friendly and helpful.

The park hospital is clean and well signposted. The staff are friendly and if my appointment was ever late The staff kindly explained why. Each staff member I have met has been kind, welcoming, punctual, professional and caring. My appointments have been on time. I do feel the car park could be bigger as when I arrived for my operation it was extremely busy and we did have to circle the car park multiple times before finding a spot. The building and aswell as the grounds are very well maintained.

The staff were welcoming and all areas were clean. It was a calm atmosphere with helpful staff. I also like the fact that parking was plentiful and easy!

The consultant, physio and nursing staff were all great. Didn't have too long a wait from first consultation to surgery, so very pleased.

Parking is horrendous but service excellent
