Mr Fitzgerald O'Connor, is such an amazing surgeon. He is so nice and explains everything to you so you understand it. He give you a full brake down of everything and tells you all the risks. He let's you go away and think about what he said so you have time to take it in and digest the information. I am neurodiverse so this is a great help to me, you make the decision. You can ask as many questions as you like and he sees you as well when you have problems or issues and sloves them. I am so happy with the results of my surgery.

This doctor has given me my life back. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say this. I had a rhinoplasty 5 years ago and was left with a hideous nose. I recently had a lower eyelid operation preformed by Mr Lorenzo at Southampton Hospital Eye Unit. Throughout the consultation, operation and the follow up appointment I found him to be exceptional professional. He explained everything very clearly with the procedure and also how successful the operation had been. During the operation he was in total control and I was highly impressed with his and his team's performance. I could not fault any part of the procedure.

I have been to a few ophthalmologists, and Vicky was by far the best. Everyone should try and see her. She was not only accurate, understanding and empathetic, but has a hands on approach, overseeing all of her patients and medical staff rather than just delegating to juniors.
