The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

Spire Bushey Hospital provides excellent patient care. His team were attentive and caring and the possibility to do all diagnostic tests within the building is an added bonus.

I sent relevant documents to the hospital for Mr Natt's attention and was assured that they would be forwarded to him but this did not hsppen.

I found Optegra North London to be excellent. The staff were very friendly and very welcoming and put you at complete ease. The facilities were very clean. Coffee was a nice touch. I was made to feel comfortable and looked after.

Highly recommend, great service

Very good communication prior to and on the day of the operation apart from the receptionist. Post medication and sick leave were not delivered on time and I really struggled to get them. Post operation phone calls did not address my concerns such as dropping eyelid on the inside corner of right eye. Furthermore, I did not get the phone call six months after the op.

Everyone was very helpful and polite the appointment went smoothly and very informative
