The whole process was professional and friendly from reception to consultation. I felt in very safe hands. I was really anxious about what might be found and the consultant explained everything she saw. This was a first class service. One that I am really grateful for.

Dr Roos and Dr Murthy are both very professional skilled surgeons. They make an excellent team and you are getting 2 experts which makes them unique. They discussed the best way forward for me and were realistic about the results so there were no false expectations. As well as being skilled surgeons the after care they offer is second to none. They set up a WhatsApp group so I could message them if I was concerned anytime about anything post op which was very helpful in early recovery. I have seen multiple other 'top' surgeons who made mistakes which caused me to look botched. I finally found people who not only managed to successfully correct the mistakes that past surgeons but who also genuinely care. I could not recommend them highly enough.

The team was very friendly from arriving at the reception, to then having my scan and the team looked after me especially as I was feeling nervous. I received my results very quickly and it was thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a private MRI scan.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

The staff at The Clinic Holland Park were welcoming. The space is light and airy, and has a very comfortable and discreet waiting area.
