I found the experience to be positive and professional, I'm disappointed that there has been no follow up to my consult though, so I will query this with my Bupa insurance and the secretary.

From the moment I walked in I was put at ease with all the staff being welcoming , helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing was that if unsure or did not know the answer they would find out straight away. Not something that happens everywhere. Despite being a particularly nervous patient, I was put at ease by Mr Elalfy and his team. I had two separate surgeries, both under general anaesthetic, with excellent outcomes. All post surgery questions were answered promptly and the follow up care was thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Elite eye clinic and Mr Elalfy.
