Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.
