My experience here is always pleasant and on time. I do feel that the receptionist could be a bit more kind and just nicer by smiling or if not at least fix their tone of voice.

Since being treated by Faris, I have gained much more mobility, and he has significantly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend him for spinal and mobility issues as his work is fantastic, his results are impressive, and his approach is tailored to your specific needs.

Visiting the Cromwell is always straight forward. The front desk is always helpful and can direct you to the correct department. For day cases, the rooms are comfortable and the nurse looking after you is friendly and helpful. It does get quieter at the end of shift in the evening.

I'm at the beginning of my treatment and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Mary is wonderfully welcoming and made me feel immediately at ease. After one session I already feel better! Couldn't recommend more.
