I found Mr Marshall to be exceptional. His relaxed and informative manner immediately put me at ease and his sense of humour helped. Answered any question I had and fully informed me of the procedure, including the pre-assessment, and of course the inherent risks of surgery.

My experience as a patient of Mr. Arora was excellent, he was very attentive and explained exactly what I should expect during and post operation. He stayed involved throughout my recovery and was always there to offer advice to the team and support for me.

I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. Everything was explained very clearly to me and any questions I had were always answered. I feel extremely lucky to have had Mr Thakur as my consultant, I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a nicer consultant and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!

Mr Doddi was an absolute gentleman from the start: he inspired quiet confidence and I was not worried in the slightest. He did a great job (as far as I can tell) and it has healed much faster than expected. Thank you!

Dr. Din took the time to answer all my questions before my procedure in a clear, detailed and kind way. He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. I’d like to thank you all for such a positive experience.
