I recently underwent surgery for an island flap reconstruction around a lesion site on my lower left leg, as well as a sentinel lymph node biopsy in my left groin. I am pleased to share my experience and provide a review of the procedure. My experience with the island flap reconstruction and sentinel lymph node biopsy was positive, and I am grateful for the expertise of Mr Damir Kosutic and the surgical team, my recovery is going very well. Mr Kosutic is a detailed surgeon and explains everything in an easy to digest manner, putting you at ease straight away. I am happy with my overall experience.

Professional and helpful

Dr Giulia Luciano removed two cysts from my scalp and did an amazing job, leaving almost invisible signs of the procedure. Also, I did not have any pain during and after the procedure. I was worried that I would be losing some hair after the costs were removed, though she was very careful and left no damage to the hairline. I was very happy with the outcome.

From start to finish, my experience with Mr Pieri and his team has been excellent. Mr Chris Duff has done a great job with my recent biopsy, leaving a very small, neat scar. These things are always worrying for a patient, but I was put at ease by Mr Duff and his lovely, caring team . Mr Duff explained the procedure in detail, and possible outcomes, and took the time to listen to my concerns, answering my many questions both before and after my procedure, in a very professional and kindly manner.
