I was extremely nervous before I saw Mr. Modayil for the first time, but he put me at ease and was very clear when it came to explaining what needed to happen next. At my second consultation, he was equally reassuring and clearly understood my stress levels and the need to address the problem quickly. He explained my test results and the procedure I needed and took great care to manage other health issues that might have affected a good outcome. The procedure happened exactly as he had described and my follow-up appointment was again reassuring and informative. I had no adverse effects from surgery and can't thank him enough for all he did. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family with ENT problems.

He was reassuring about my worries but honest about all possible outcomes, leaving me able to make an informed decision as to whether I went ahead. The actual procedure was carried out so smoothly with every step explained. I felt as though I was in very safe hands! The outcome is amazing - more positive than I could ever have imagined. I’m so glad I took the plunge to go ahead with the procedure. The admin team, reception staff and the nurses assisting during and later when the stitches were taken out were also kind and reassuring. My husband treated me to a gift voucher for The Clinic Holland Park, and I opted to have one of their signature treatments: the WaveLift, which is a combination of a Sofwave treatment supplemented by injections of polynucleotides all over the face and neck. The treatment was tolerable and not painful, but for the next couple of days I had mild bruising on my neck where the Ameela was administered. No matter: this all cleared up and now, almost a month after treatment, I am reaping the rewards. My skin feels toned, my facial contours look much more snatched, and my eye area is thoroughly rejuvenated.
