Very friendly staff and boy wait time

Friendly, efficient people to deal with.

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

Operation went as planned, explained everything to me, felt at ease, very pleased overall.

From reception to nursing staff to physio to consultant - all were patient, kind and professional.

Staff were friendly and kept us updated on waiting times.
