I always have good experiences of coming to the Holly private hospital . I find staff here are very friendly and approachable.

The staff and facilities are excellent , the appointment to attend letter did not explain if you would provide food or drinks during the surgery , there were no directions for the hospital given , the letter was 95% about how you would like to be paid !

Very much in line with previous visits to this establishment.

Liked how quick I could book appointments, but felt the whole experience was very rushed and lacked any sort of preparation of what is to come, or detail around the injury itself

Upon arrival I was given health forms to fill. As soon as these were completed I was taken to see Mr Pringle. Very efficient with excellent reception and very friendly

Overall a very good experience but I feel that the non medical problems have to be addressed on two occasions to visit an appointment I have not been able to park and nearly missed the appointment. To be fair it's not rocket science here you know how many appointments you have and how many car park spaces.....
