What you would expect from a private hospital, everything was spot on.

Nver left waiting, whether as an in patient or outpatient, the hospital is spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing

The staff and facilities are excellent , the appointment to attend letter did not explain if you would provide food or drinks during the surgery , there were no directions for the hospital given , the letter was 95% about how you would like to be paid !

A little far to get to, struggled to find a consultant nearer to me which is a shame, also the system was down when I arrived, but it didn't stop from me seeing the consultant.

I had very good contact throughout. Every email was replied to very quickly with all the information I needed and a phone call would be made to follow up on any questions. I always managed to get through on the phone if needed, without waiting. The hospital itself was modern, clean and tidy with polite, friendly staff.

Spotless clean, nothing was to much trouble, treated with dignity, all staff where friendly, helpful and patient from the surgeon,nurses,admin,porters,kitchen staff, cleaners
