Mr Menezes is a very experienced and skilled laparoscopic surgeon. I was not the easiest case, but he got the job done laparoscopicly and as a result my recovery has been quick. He understands all the risks and goes through them at pace, so you have to keep up! But you trust him and he delivers.

From the Moment I met Prof Patel at our first consultation, I knew I was in excellent hands. He explained the surgery that I required (whipple) in great detail and answered the questions that myself and my Wife had with great care and compassion and really made me feel a lot happier and comfortable as to what I should expect over the coming months. In hospital, the Prof once again demonstrated to me his passion for, just being one of the best at what he does. Everytime he came to see how I was progressing, still in hospital, post op, he listen intently to how I was feeling, not just physically but mentally as well and showed me so much compassion, love and care, even on Christmas morning the Prof came in to see how I was doing, he didn't need to, when many had finished work for the holiday. I am recovering really well and have huge admiration respect and gratitude to Professor Ameet Patel, I thank you and all your team. Paul D

Very happy with Dr de Silva since the first consultation, he always listened to my concerns and carried out all tests / scans to find the main cause of my issues with clear explanations. I’m ever so thankful to Dr de Silva for referring me to other specialist to look at me and to finally be diagnosed and treated for vasculitis. Credit to the nurses who were friendly and helpful. Professor Pollok is a lovely man. Kind, professional, thorough and tenacious despite some of the investigations being difficult to perform on me. He was determined to get to the root of my issues and was super accommodating in setting up a second investigation - a different type from the first. He kept me informed throughout both procedures and his analysis of the findings were clear and concise. He was quick to refer me on to a dietician whom he feels sure can help me with controlling my symptoms. He was talkative and chatty, and I enjoyed my discourse with him as we (and everyone else in the country) faced the usual challenges of the family Christmas!

Thanks Dr.Murray , was so patient and cooperative, he gave much time to explain the history of my condition and we discussed many choices of medication.
