Overall, the level of service and care was outstanding, and I highly recommend New Victoria Hospital.

The team was very friendly from arriving at the reception, to then having my scan and the team looked after me especially as I was feeling nervous. I received my results very quickly and it was thoroughly explained to me. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a private MRI scan.

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.
