I'd thoroughly recommend Dr Malik to anyone. I had repeated miscarriages and a difficult labour that resulted in an emergency caesarean. Despite this, I felt taken care of and well informed. I had full trust in Dr Malik and she gave me the confidence to believe in myself throughout my pregnancy and delivery.

I found her to be approachable, she explained the procedure in language that I could understand. She has a very easy manner that puts you at ease. I also found her to have a good sense of humour that I could relate too - in fact she made me laugh.

Reassuring and great explanation

Having had 3 miscarriages, I came to Dr Shan Low based on the reviews I read online, and I am SO happy I did! From the very first telephone conversation, I could tell Dr Shan Low had a genuine care for my situation and wanted to help. She gave myself and my partner so much of her time at our initial consultation and was very clear and detailed with our options and treatment plan. She made us feel so reassured and positive and we left with a far better outlook than what we had before we arrived. Dr Shan Low is so knowledgeable, kind and caring and I will absolutely be returning to her care once I am pregnant again. By far the best experience I have had with any doctor I’ve dealt with.
