Dr Mavrelos is kind, empathetic and a great listener. My husband and I lost our baby at a quite advanced stage of pregnancy. A wonderful man, and groundbreaking surgeon. I was extremely unwell with endometriosis and adenomyosis when I heard of of a Total Peritoneal Excision, but not many places were offering the surgery. I travelled to Manchester to meet Dr Edi-Osagie and he was very reassuring and knowledgeable throughout. He later performed the surgery, which was successful. Afterwards he showed me pictures he had taken, explained what he had found/done, and was again reassuring and positive on the outcome. Thanks to the surgery I was lucky enough to fall pregnant naturally 8 months later and now have a beautiful daughter. I could not thank, or recommend, Dr Edi-Osagie enough.
