I felt relaxed and informed prior to having my operation. I had confidence that I would be well looked after. Mr Selo-Ojeme came and saw me promptly post op and explained everything to me.

Mr. Karoshi was very friendly, he asked lots of questions to gain a proper health picture and explained the procedure I would need to do very clearly and what the next steps are.

Mr Mabrouk is extremely personable and he has a lovely beside manner. He took time to ensure I understood the procedure and alternative options. He was calm in all interactions so I felt completely at ease and trusted him completely.

Mr Pisal has been kind and competent. He explained the procedure clearly and helped me understand what to expect at each stage. I appreciated his calm manner and efficiency and felt confident going into surgery.

Mr Naftalin was very friendly talked me through everything showing on the screen during my scan.
