Very professional and communication was great.

Everyone at the Westminster Maternity Suite was extremely friendly and caring. The rooms are on the smaller side, but the view totally makes up for it!

As my appointment coincided with their lunchtime, the waiting time was 15 minutes. Walked to the top floor expecting reception to be operating but was told (politely!) that I had to register on the ground floor. Was not happy that I was required to register with HCA Healthcare UK as my details are already held by the clinic and I saw little reason to divulge details again. Refused to sign initially. A woman came to the fourth floor to speak to me but her arguments did not satisfy me. I felt I had little option but to sign.

I was very surprised to find out the clinic has office at Nine Elmes, which is very close to my home. I’m very convenient. The facilities are new and the staff are very friendly. I had a great visit.
