Jacky was very helpful, kind and had a great attitude about my healing process from an ankle injury from the start! He explained every step of his plan for me and adjusted it to my situation and concerns along the way. On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?
