Great staff, facilities and care

The outpatient, imaging and physiotherapist departments were fine.

Pleasant and helpful reception. General air of efficiency.

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

The Portland Hospital was outstanding and how my son was taken care of left me at ease that he was in safe hands. All members of staff were kind and approachable and above all very professional.

The Cromwell was fantastic when our daughter was unwell and saw her in isolation when there was no provision to do so elsewhere, grateful that this hospital had the facilities and provision to do so.

Rose (midwife) and Dr Shah were both very thorough and kind and were able to put our concerns at ease. Really grateful for their help

Very good experience for day care surgery

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups
