Comments in comparison to other hospitals in London - Need dressing gowns or a second gown to preserve modesty to walk down to theatre. Not available in the room and not offered. - Room too cold, needed heater on - Food average/poor. Strange to be told I was limited to how many items I could order from each section. - staff kind and friendly

Rose (midwife) and Dr Shah were both very thorough and kind and were able to put our concerns at ease. Really grateful for their help

The experience was excellent in every way . Everyone was very friendly, highly professional and very efficient The whole experience was entirely positive .

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.
