very modern and good facility

My first experience with a private hospital and it was perfect. All the team members I spoke to, from nurses to reception to physios and theatre staff were kind, knowledgeable and seemed to really care about my wellbeing. The team on my case on the day of my surgery were amazing too in every way and I'm incredibly grateful I had such a positive experience.

Staff very friendly and professional. Showers do need maintenance.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The nurses were really kind and the environment was calm, professional and clean.

I must also commend Cromwell Hospital for their exceptional service and comfortable environment. The level of care and accommodation provided by the hospital further enhanced my overall experience.

Incredibly thankful to my doctor and the nurses and midwives. After a difficult first birth, going private for number 2 has been the best decision. The constant attention and reassurance provided is what I needed. Thanks!
