Mr Joshi performed upper eyelid surgery for me yesterday, what an amazing gentleman he is! I am so thankful I had my surgery done with him. He made me feel at complete ease from start to finish and I am so happy I had it done at the Harley street hospital with him . After an awful experience losing my hearing in my left ear due to a previous failed surgery, and a battle with the NHS to get a cochlear implant, I eventually contacted Joe. This wasn’t easy due to being scared to have any more ear surgery. Joe has understood this and given me all of his attention throughout the process. We didn’t rush in. His care has been amazing. Not just prior to surgery, but also post surgery - keeping in touch. Other surgeons should take a leaf out of his book. I can’t recommend him enough. The day of the surgery he did his best to make me calm. And gave me all the attention I needed. It’s early days on the CI journey and I’ve had some balance issues and need to adjust to the new digital hearing. But I cant recommend him enough.
