Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Ms Sharma was very friendly and patiently explaining my result for me. She did the checks very gently and made me feel very respected. She managed to do checks and consultation within appointment time and the whole experience was very pleasant.

I went to my appointment for a Mirena coil fitting having heard many bad stories from friends about how unpleasant having them inserted can be. My experience with Mr Holland was the exact opposite - it felt no worse than a smear test and whilst uncomfortable at times, it was generally very tolerable and Mr Holland was very efficient. I also appreciated that it was guided by ultrasound (as I understand that’s not always the case) so I left confident that it is in the right place.

My emergency C-section performed by Miss Malik went smoothly, and the wound from the surgery is almost invisible, showcasing her exceptional surgical talent. Overall, I am extremely happy with my decision to have Miss Malik taking care of my pregnancy and delivery. Her dedication and compassionate care made my delivery a positive experience.
