About Ms Zainab Khan
Ms Zainab Khan is a Consultant Gynaecologist specialising in Urogynaecology at Epsom & St Helier's Hospital, also seeing patients at Spire St Anthony's Hospital, Ramsay Ashtead Hospital and Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital. She completed her medical degree at Quaid-i-Azam Medical College, Pakistan in 1997 before moving to the UK. In 2002, she became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and in 2016, Miss Khan was awarded her MD in Urogynaecology from the University of Swansea.
Ms Khan has surgical expertise in vaginal, laparoscopic and endoscopic gynaecological surgery, as well as extensive experience in female pelvic floor dysfunction, including pelvic floor prolapse, urinary incontinence, and injuries during childbirth.

I was referred to Dr Khan by my GP and this was primarily for slight womb prolapse which I was concerned to have seen - although unfortunately NHS currently do not give women the option to be examined or given Pap smear after 65 . I am 67. I was delighted by Dr Khan’s welcome and her kindness , which immediately put me at ease . She explained what the examination entailed and was very careful during a very easy few minutes . Happily all is well and after a few minutes of conversation , with additional information after I asked some questions , I left feeling totally confident in her care of me .
I had a very positive experience with consultant, Ms Khan. From the outset, she was welcoming, professional, and reassuring, which made what could have been an understandably worrying appointment feel much more comfortable. I appreciated the informative approach and the way everything was explained clearly without jumping to conclusions before the necessary scans had been carried out. It was reassuring to feel that the consultant was taking a careful and considered approach, allowing the investigations to provide a clearer picture before drawing any firm conclusions. Overall, I felt listened to, well informed, and treated with kindness and professionalism. I would be happy to recommend the consultant to others looking for a welcoming and thorough approach to their care.
