The doctor and assistants were wonderful but the appointment was 45 minutes late

I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. Everything was explained very clearly to me and any questions I had were always answered. I feel extremely lucky to have had Mr Thakur as my consultant, I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a nicer consultant and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Mr Ojo was very kind and showed a great deal of compassion. He explained everything to myself and my husband in a way we were able to understand regarding my diagnosis and the treatment I would need to go through. He was very professional while still having a heart. I am so thankful that I had him to take me through what was a very traumatic time in my life.

I find Mr Dani easy to get along with. I am kept well informed about my condition, whether the news is good or bad, and he is open to my questions to which I get straight answers. He is true to his word. If he says he will do something he does it and I appreciate that. I put my trust in his expertise for the operation I had and I understand it went well with no complications.

Mr Doddi was an absolute gentleman from the start: he inspired quiet confidence and I was not worried in the slightest. He did a great job (as far as I can tell) and it has healed much faster than expected. Thank you!

Very friendly and professional, respectful of my gender identity. Took time to explain what needed to be done during the appointment and talked me through results afterwards.

I supposedly have an appointment this coming Friday. I have had no confirmation and am unable to get a reply from the telephone number on which the appointment was made. I have phoned several times. Not impressed!
